Q. How can you offer this service for free?

A. We set up your website absolutely for free. We get paid a referral fee when you sign up for your hosting account. That is why we are unable to offer this service at no charge if you already have a hosting account or if you sign up for a hosting account with a company we do not recommend.

Q. What content management system do you offer?

A. To give you complete control of your new website, we install Wordpress as your Content Management System (CMS). A CMS allows you to build your website without any experience in web development or programming.

Q. Do I end up with a blog or a website?

A. The Wordpress software allows you to set up either a blog or a website, it’s completely up to you. In fact, you can change from one to the other at the touch of a button.

Q. Do I have full control over my website?

A. Yes. We set up and install the CMS software for you and then hand over the keys. Once the site is online, you will not need to rely on us for anything. You have complete control over the site, your domain and your hosting account.

Q. How can I change the look of my site?

A. There are literally millions of free Wordpress templates, or “themes” available online. All you need to do is find one (or ten) that you like, and upload them via the Wordpress console. If, at any stage, you find a better theme, you can upload it and change the look of your site with the touch of a button.

Q. Can I have a second website?

A. Yes. The hosting accounts we recommend allow you to host as many websites as you like, all for the one low monthly price.

Q. Do you offer technical support?

A. We provide a large number of video tutorials and written documentation, but if you are unable to solve a problem on your own, we are happy to provide a quote for any additional work required.
